Minutes refer to live operator time spent on calls on your behalf — both inbound (calls coming into your firm) and outbound (calls we make on your behalf, such as follow-ups or callbacks). Time spent entering CRM notes and sending emails after the call does not count toward your minutes.
We will always notify you before you exceed your plan limit. Overage minutes are billed at a flat per-minute rate depending on your plan. We’ll also proactively recommend an upgrade if you’re consistently hitting your limit — no surprise bills.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. There are no cancellation fees.
We natively integrate with Clio, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Monday.com, and Zendesk. We also work with many other systems — if you use a different CRM, contact us and we’ll confirm compatibility. For systems without a direct integration, we can enter data via your CRM’s web interface.
Yes. There is a one-time setup fee of $199 which covers technology integration and account configuration — including connecting your CRM, setting up your custom call scripts, and completing all onboarding steps to get your firm live. This is a one-time charge and there are no recurring platform or licensing fees beyond your monthly plan.
Yes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) intake support is available on our Gold and Diamond plans. This is ideal for law firms serving diverse communities, particularly in personal injury, immigration, and family law practices.
